Connect to HubSpot to identify website visitors and keep your HubSpot contact records up-to-date. Qualified’s integration presents known visitors’ HubSpot details within the Visitor 360 and enables reps to update and create new HubSpot contacts.
1. Connect to HubSpot
First, make sure your HubSpot account has the super admin role. Then, connect your Hubspot and Qualified accounts:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the left panel and below HubSpot, click Connection.
- Click Connect to HubSpot.
- Enter your HubSpot super admin login details.
- Click Log in.
- Select the super admin HubSpot account you want to tie with Qualified and click Choose Account.
- Click Connect app.
If you want HubSpot to be your default push destination, click Make HubSpot the default push destination.
We enhanced our HubSpot integration in autumn 2022. If you connected to HubSpot prior, go to Settings → HubSpot → Connection and click Update Connection to access the updated options.
2. Map Fields
You can then map HubSpot fields to Qualified:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the left panel, click Contact Mapping below HubSpot.
- Click + icon to add a new field.
- From the drop-down menus, select the HubSpot field Email Address and its corresponding Qualified value Email. (This is usually the minimum required mapping for creating new HubSpot contacts, but your HubSpot admin may require additional fields.)
- Repeat steps 3-4 for any additional fields you want to map.
- Click Save in the upper-right corner.
At this time, we can’t map to HubSpot multi-checkbox fields. You can, however, add them to your Visitor 360 so reps can view those fields inside Qualified.
If you change or create a field in HubSpot, go to Settings icon → HubSpot → Contact Mapping and click Update Fields. This is required for Qualified to recognize your HubSpot updates.
3. Customize the Visitor 360
Add fields to the Visitor 360 to highlight information from HubSpot. This aggregates information for your sales reps to more quickly understand a visitor and engage them in live chat.
To add information from HubSpot to the Visitor 360, click the Settings icon → HubSpot → Field layout. A preview of the Visitor 360 card appears. Select which HubSpot fields you want to surface and drag and drop them to update their order.
