Meeting Links
Direct and Routed links are now available for all customers!
- Direct meeting links allow reps to share a link and book directly with themselves or others on their team. The rep can choose whose calendar they wish to send, as the link does not reply on routing rules.
- Routed meeting links allow reps to share a link to the meeting type and automatically book with the correct rep(s) as defined by the Routing Rules.
You can read more about links here. Please reach out to your Qualified Success Architect for more details and access to the feature.
Stacked Bar Charts for Custom Dashboards
Stacked bar charts are now available in custom dashboards to demonstrate comparison metrics. For example, how many meetings were booked compared to the number of meetings offered? Visualize metrics like these using Comparison Stacked Bar Charts.
GDPR Deletion API
Visitor data can be deleted based on GDPR requests using emails. As an Admin, you can now generate API keys in Qualified specifically for GDPR data deletion, instead of relying on manual deletion processes. For more information, please reach out to your Qualified Success Architect.

Advanced Pre-fill Values
Advanced pre-fill logic allows admins to transform values provided by the source (whether that be visitor data, enrichment data, etc.) to match the values accepted by the push destination (whether that be Salesforce or your Marketing Automation Platform). Setting this logic on the visitor field allows for one time setup - no need for complicated blocks and branching logic!
To learn more about visitor field settings, including the option to use advanced prefill logic, check out the article here or reach out to your Qualified Success Architect.

Smart Button Qualification Questions
Button experiences allow you to take your prospect directly to a meeting booking experience - skipping the traditional marketing form when the intention of the website call to action is to book a meeting.
At times, additional information is required to qualify a prospect before offering meeting times. Adding Qualification Questions to a Smart Button experience allows you to obtain information needed to qualify and route them appropriately.
Admins have the ability to configure qualification questions two ways:
- Qualification questions asked with email
- Qualification questions asked after email, allowing for enrichment
To learn more about Smart Buttons and Qualification Questions, check out more details here!

Pre-fill Blank Values on Matched Records
Sometimes your 3rd party data sources, such as Salesforce or your MAP, may have a blank value for a mapped field when we match to a record. With this setting, you can choose whether to 'Keep the blank value' in Qualified, or you can choose to 'Use the next source' to prefill the field with the 'Additional sources' and then update the Salesforce or MAP record with the new data.

Meeting Routing Weights and Exclusions 💯
Modify the distribution of meetings booked across your reps with weights!
- Have a new team member still ramping? Set their weight to 25% so they receive only a quarter of the meetings they typically would.
- Got a star performer ready to take more meetings? Set their weight above 100% to route more meetings their way.
- Need to exclude a team member for a special project? Completely exclude them from being routed to by setting their weight to 0% in Smart Routing, or excluding them from Round Robin.
All Qualified Admins can go to Settings → Meeting Types → Routing to find these updates. For additional details, learn about about Meeting Type configuration, here.
Zoom and MS Teams Integration with Meeting Link Generation

'Book during a chat conversation' setting per Meeting Type 📆
With a handful of meeting types, it can be overwhelming for reps wanting to quickly offer a meeting during a chat. Admins can now control which meeting types are displayed to reps during a conversation. When this option is selected, the admin allows reps to serve this meeting type to visitors during a chat. When this option is deselected, the reps will not see this meeting type displayed when clicking "Offer a Meeting" during a conversation.
All Qualified Admins can go to Settings → Meeting Types to find these updates. Check out more customizations available with Meeting Types, here.

Meetings Round Robin
While Qualified strongly recommends using our Smart Routing functionality, you now have the option to use a strict round robin for meeting routing.
Round robin will route only to the rep who is next in line to get a meeting. Round robin routing does not optimize for finding the best time possible for the prospect, and hence may result in fewer meetings. Smart routing is strongly recommended.
For more details around Meeting Routing, check out more, here.

Personal Meeting Links 🔗
Allow reps to offer their personal calendar with personal meeting links! Admins now have the ability to Allow meeting link sharing for specific Meeting Types.
Once enabled, reps can navigate to their Calendar Settings and click Copy link to access their personal meeting links. Visitors who are sent a personal meeting link will be offered the specific rep's calendar to select a time that works best for them. No more back and forth email scheduling needed!
Related Object Filtering 🗂
Wish you could filter in Qualified based on custom objects in your Salesforce org? Now you can!
Qualified gives you the ability to not only filter by our three core objects (Leads, Contacts, and Accounts), but also by all fields of all objects directly related to those. By providing robust filtering capabilities, there's a massive increase to the data available to you and allows you to expand what the type of experience you serve your visitors.
Related object filtering in Qualified now applies to Experience triggers, Segments, and Routing.
Some example use cases include:
- Trigger a specific experience for Leads that have the Status = ‘Active’ in a custom related 'Free Trial' object
- Segment a Contact to a specific group or live stream if the Registration = ‘True’ for a related 'Event' object
- Route to a specific routing rule if an Account’s AccountTeam includes certain users
This feature is included in Enterprise plans. For access to Related Object Filtering, please reach out to your Qualified Success Architect.

The minimum notice is the amount of time between when a meeting booker is offered and when someone can book a meeting on the rep's calendar. Instead of only setting this on the user level, this is now customizable per meeting type.
All Qualified teams can go to Settings → Meeting Types to find these updates. Check out more customizations available with Meeting Types, here.

Update: Allow Visitors to Book a Meeting with Multiple Reps 📆
Visitors can schedule a meeting with multiple people on your sales team, and we’ll coordinate everybody’s calendars. Your reps, for example, can schedule a prospect’s demo with their AE and SE—all while chatting.
The meeting booker now provides two options:
- Schedule with anyone: Visitors are offered all available time slots across your reps’ calendars. When a visitor selects a meeting, we book time with that single rep and send the calendar invite.
- Schedule with everyone: Visitors are offered times when everyone in your rep group is available. When a visitor selects a time, we'll schedule and send calendar invites to all users included in the group.
Ready to streamline your team’s calendars? When your sales reps are chatting live and offer a meeting, they choose who’s invited.
And you—👋 Qualified admin—can update your experiences’ meeting bookers to pick when visitors schedule a meeting with one or multiple people.
This update does not automatically change any existing experiences.
