Qualified Voice & Meetings
In this guide, learn how to use Qualified Voice and Meetings to build rapport faster and help you crush your quota.
We get it - convincing buyers to chat with you can be difficult. We’ve been there! There’s a lot you need to consider when sourcing new business, and a great way to start is with a personal touch.
That’s where our Voice and Meetings tool comes into play! Our goal at Qualified is to help you build meaningful relationships with potential prospects. Using Voice or Meetings can help you do that.
Voice and Meetings are highly likely to convert website visitors.
If you’re looking to convert more buyers and fast, we highly recommend using Qualified to upgrade your chats to voice calls or booked meetings. This allows your website visitor to give you a call (or vice versa) at any point during a chat conversation, allowing them to talk to a sales representative directly, without the back and forth of messaging.
Did you know research shows that prospects are 6% more likely to buy from you when switching over to a voice call?! How do you do that? Well, it's as simple as clicking the phone icon in the bottom left corner of your chat window!
This allows a potential prospect to get the answers to the questions they’ve been looking for much faster, and also allows them to see that - hey! You’re a real human being!
Another great way to keep the conversation rolling is to Offer a Meeting. This feature provides visitors a calendar option, where they can choose a meeting date and time that aligns best with their schedule.
This option is also as easy as a click of a button! In the bottom left corner of your chat window, click on the calendar icon that says “offer a meeting.” This will prompt your website visitor to choose between your available time slots.
Is this a conversation that needs some more time allocated to really delve into the details? With Voice and Meetings, you’ll be able to schedule a face-to-face conversation with your prospect, so you can give a better detailed explanation of the situation at hand.
Here's how you can artfully transition a chat conversation into a voice conversation or scheduled meeting:
While these features can be super helpful in eliminating the need for prolonged messaging, it can also be difficult to transition into a “hey, this probably needs more attention,” kind of conversation.
Below are a couple of great examples of flawless conversation transitions:
- “To save you time getting this figured out, I’d suggest moving over to the voice chat option. Does that work for you?”
- “Know you're likely busy, perhaps we could schedule a meeting to chat further?”
- “In order to help you as best I can, I think it would be beneficial to upgrade to a voice call, so I can walk you through the next steps.”
- “I’d love to meet again to continue discussing _____! When would be a good time for you?”
Here's what you need to do as a sales rep, in order to book meetings…
At Qualified, we recommend using our Meeting Booker as a way to plan out your meetings with clients. This feature is great because it allows you visibility into all the meetings you have scheduled, so you can follow up and say “Hey! How’d the meeting go?”
When using this tool, there are 3 key “to-do” items required before you offer a visitor a meeting:
- Connecting to your calendar - by doing this, you’ll be able to see everything in one place.
- Setting your availability - by doing this, you’ll give your prospects access to your open schedule, so you don’t overbook.
- Offering it up during live chat - by doing this, you’ll increase your chances of securing another meeting with a potential prospect.
More information on each of these steps is available in the Sales Rep Setup Guide.
At the end of the day, remember to always be confirming next steps
You may have heard the old business term “always be closing” .
Instead, we believe it’s important to always be confirming next steps - by making sure you and your prospect are on the same page, you’ll build a better rapport and gain more viable leads in the long run.
