Ludvigson spent the past 15 years onboarding over 50,000 Salesforce employees and championing people and culture throughout the employee lifecycle and brings energy, expertise, and passion for employee experiences to Qualified.
In Ludvigson’s new role as SVP of People, she’ll oversee Qualified’s talent and culture programs- helping employees succeed, feel supported, and discover their professional passions. She’s excited to make the organization a premiere long-term career destination for innovation and growth within the B2B tech industry. Ludvigson has a track record of building teams that truly care for one another, their customers, and the communities around them, we’re sure Qualified is in the best hands.

Ludvigson kicked her career at Salesforce off as an Account Executive, working on small businesses, and eventually worked her way into talent, where she most recently became the Vice President, Onboarding & Employee Connection. Her energy and passion for supporting employees and setting them up for success make her an incredible asset to our growing team.
